Reservations, Deposits, Refunds, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

Reservations, Deposits, Refunds, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy:   

*Try to reserve your fishing trip as early as possible. All guided fishing trips require a 50% deposit to book your trip if more than 10 days prior to your trip and require remaining balance paid in full 10 days prior to your trip. If you are booking your fishing trip 10 days or closer to the date you are wanting to book we require you to pay in full. 

*Specials and some other trips could have a different amount for the non-refundable deposit.

*We accept credit and debit cards. 

*Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE however, you may reschedule for a different available date at least 10 days or more prior to your scheduled trip with no extra charges. If rescheduling within 10 days prior to your trip we still want to get you and your group out fishing but there is a rescheduling fee of $50. 

*In the event of unsafe conditions due to severe weather, natural disasters or unexpected season closures we reserve the right to reschedule your trip with no charge to you. 

*Booking your fishing trip:
Over the phone: We can book trips over the phone and accept deposits or if you would like to pay in full. If only paying deposit balance is due 10 days prior to your trip. We can book trips if availability earlier than 10 days prior to the date you want.

*By booking a trip with Willcockson Guide Services DBA or Bass Obsessions Fishing you are acknowledging that you have read and understand our non-refundable deposits, reservations, refunds, cancellation & rescheduling policy. By booking a fishing trip with Willcockson Guide Services DBA or Bass Obsessions Fishing you will not bring to suit Willcockson Guide Services DBA or Bass Obsessions Fishing, any of its owners or affiliates as you acknowledged all of our policies by booking a trip with us. Willcockson Guide Services DBA or Bass Obsessions Fishing, its owners and affiliates are not responsible for you not reading all the policies. *Willcockson Guide Services DBA and/or Bass Obsessions Fishing Guide Services LLC offers fishing trips not catching and/or killing trips. We cannot make any promises or guarantees of fish or limits. Our guides spend a lot hours and many days on the lakes and rivers every week scouting using years of personal angling experience and experience passed on to us because conditions are always changing from water temp, water height, water conditions, weather conditions and fish patterns, but sometimes things are out of our control. Our guides will do their very best and everything within their power to make every trip a successful and memorable one, but WE DO NOT OFFER  REFUNDS BECAUSE OF A BAD DAY OF FISHING. 

*If the cancellation, rescheduling or head count change is more than 10 days prior to your trip we can issue a partial refund if you paid in full of the amount other than the non-refundable deposit, refund for the amount of fisherman if head count change if you paid in full or we can reschedule your trip. Willcockson Guide Services DBA or Bass Obsessions Fishing reserves the right to keep your non-refundable deposit. It can take up to 15 business days for any other refunds to be issued. 

*If the cancellation, rescheduling or head count change is within 10 days of your trip WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS as this is such a short notice for us prior to your trip with prepping and planning, we have had to turn down other people for the date or dates you booked. We can reschedule your trip for a future date if you choose to and we would like to get you and your group out fishing at a later date. There is a $50.00 rescheduling fee if within 10 days. 

*Willcockson Guide Services DBA or Bass Obsessions Fishing Guide Services LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule your trip based on weather, river & lake conditions, regulation changes and other events not listed that are outside of our control. In the event that Willcockson Guide Services DBA or Bass Obsessions Fishing Guide Services LLC cancels your trip based on any of these conditions we will reschedule your trip for a date that works for both you and Willcockson Guide Services DBA or Bass Obsessions Fishing. 

*If you no call-no show at the time and location designated to meet you will not get a refund. We do understand that life happens so just stay in contact to let us know if anything needs to change for your trip. If you are running behind or going to be late just send us a text or a phone call as early as possible. We will contact you a couple times before your trip to discuss details, weather and meeting time through phone calls and text messages. We will discuss the best time to start the trip with you. Cell service can be bad or none at all at some locations. Guide will wait at the meeting location for up to 60 minutes after your trip was supposed to begin. If you are not there at the designated time up to 60 minutes after your trip was supposed to start and we have not heard from you that will be considered as a no call-no show for your trip. 

*We reserve the right to fill all unfilled seats.
